Portland Timbers Release Full 2024 MLS Schedule

The Portland Timbers will open their fourteenth season in Major League Soccer in 2024, with a home opener to kick things off on Sat. February 24th against the Colorado Rapids.

There will not be a matchup against Lionel Messi and Inter Miami in the MLS regular season, but the Timbers will also participate in the second annual League’s Cup competition featuring clubs from MLS and Liga MX. The Timbers advanced out of the group stage to the knockout round of 32 in last year’s tournament.

Portland will host rival Seattle Sounders twice in the regular season on Sun. May 12th and Sat. Aug. 31st, with the lone road visit to Lumen Field set for the regular season finale, Decision Day, on Sat. Oct. 19th.

Three meetings with Cascadia rival Vancouver Whitecaps are set for Sat. March 30th and Sat. Sept. 28th in Vancouver, and Sat. June 22nd in Portland.
