Oregon State Tight End Jack Velling Enters Transfer Portal

By 750 THE GAME STAFF

The transfer portal never stops and it’s very unpredictable. After Aidan Chiles and D.J. Uiagalelei put their names in the transfer portal. Another key offensive piece has entered the portal as well.

All Pac-12 Second team tight end Jack Velling has thrown his name in to the portal.

Velling had a monster sophomore year filling in for the departing Luke Musgrave. Velling made 29 catches on the season for 438 yards and eight touchdowns last season. His eight touchdown catches set a school record for tight ends, surpassing Tim Euhus and Joe Newton.

It’s unknown where Velling is looking at as of now, but Velling was a three star prospect out of Washington who committed to Oregon State over Michigan and Utah.
