The Portland Winterhawks unveiled their new logo today, officially retiring their previous imaging – a “borrowed” logo from some old Chicago Blackhawks jerseys. The new primary logo features a white hawk with a pair of feathers (as a nod to the previous logo) and a silhouette of Mount Hood. The letters “WH” are hidden within the Mount Hood area:

Designed by Marcus Harvey of Portland Gear, the new logos will be in use for the coming WHL season.
