Oregon went undefeated at home this season, 7-5 overall, and should have a good fan outing in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium. Meanwhile, Utah State finished the campaign 10-3 and on a high defeating San Diego St in the Mountain West Championship. The Aggies last bowl game was in 2019, a 51-41 loss to Kent State in the Frisco Bowl.
