Big news for the Beavs, as former USC wide receiver and 4-star recruit Devon Williams has decided to make Corvallis his new collegiate home.

Per reports, the 6’4″, 210-lb Williams will transfer to Oregon State after entering the transfer portal earlier this fall.

Williams was the No.1-ranked athlete in the 2018 recruiting class out of Antelope Valley High School in southern California.  He made a recent visit to Oregon State during their Cal Poly victory on Sept. 14th, and was conspicuously absent from his scheduled appearance in Eugene later that day for the Oregon-Montana game at Autzen Stadium.

Oregon State has landed a blue-chipper.  Congratulations, Beavs.  Williams should be eligible for the 2020 season, which starts with a bang at Oklahoma State in Week One.
