The preseason poll is out for the 2022-23 men’s college basketball season, and the Oregon Ducks have made the cut.

The Ducks are ranked No. 21 in the AP Preseason Poll released Monday.

North Carolina returns four starters from last year’s team that reached the national championship game, and the Tar Heels have the No. 1 spot, followed by Gonzaga, Houston, Kentucky and Kansas in the top-5.  Baylor, Duke, UCLA, Creighton and Arkansas round out the preseason top-10.

UCLA (8) is the highest-ranked school in the Pac-12, followed by Arizona (17) and Oregon (21).  USC is receiving three votes in the preseason poll.

Oregon opens the season on Mon. Nov. 7th vs Florida A&M.  No. 3 Houston visits Matthew Knight Arena in a major non-conference clash on Sun. Nov. 20th.
