Bo Nix Named Pac-12 Offensive Player Of The Year

Awards season is upon us! A day after Oregon quarterback Bo Nix was named a Heisman Trophy finalist. Nix has been named Pac-12 offensive player of the year.

Nix edged out Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr. for the first team all conference honors. Although both of the quarterbacks will be a finalist for the Heisman trophy. Oregon was well represented on the All Pac-12 first and second teams.

To go along with Nix on the offensive side. Troy Franklin, Terrence Ferguson, and Jackson Powers-Johnson were all named to the the first team. While running back Bucky Irving was a second team all Pac-12 performer.

On the defensive side the Ducks had Brandon Dorlus and Khyree Jackson on the first team. While Jeffrey Bassa and Evan Williams were on the second team.

For the Oregon State Beavers. Damien Martinez, Taliese Fuaga, and Jake Leavengood were on the first team offense. Jack Velling, Tanner Miller, and Joshua Gray were on the second team.

On the defensive side for Oregon State. Easton Mascarenas-Arnold was the lone defender to make the first team. While Sione Lolohea and Kitan Oladapo were named second team defense. Silas Bolden was named a all Pac-12 second team returner.
