Arrest Warrant issued for DeMarcus Cousins
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports an arrest warrant has been issued for Los Angeles Lakers center DeMarcus Cousins.
Cousins has been charged on a misdemeanor for domestic violence in Mobile, Alabama. Earlier this week TMZ shared audio of a phone call between Cousins and his former girlfriend Christy West in which Cousins threatened to put a “bullet through her f—ing head” over not allowing their 7-year-old son to attend Cousins’ wedding ceremony to another woman.
West is seeking a restraining order against Cousins, per the report.

The NBA and the Lakers both said they are investigating the allegations.
Cousins was injured during a workout earlier this summer and suffered a torn ACL, effectively ending his 2019-2o season with the Lakers. He signed a 1-year deal with the team in free-agency.
