Zach Collins Expected to Miss Games 2-4 with Stress Reaction Ankle Injury

Blazer’s forward Zach Collins has been diagnosed with a stress reaction injury to his left ankle. Following Collins’ MRI, the team said that he will be reevaluated in a week.

Collins will be out for Game 2 against the Lakers on Thursday night, and is not likely to make a return until at least Game 5 of the series. Wenyen Gabriel will start once again in his place. Gabriel shot 2/2 from the field with 3 rebounds and 3 assists, in just 16 minutes of work on the court for the Blazers in Game 1.
