Week 2 in the Pac-12: Matchups, Lines, TV

The Pac-12 navigated a mostly-down opening weekend, with perennial powers Utah and Oregon losing in contrasting ways to SEC foes on the road, Oregon State and Arizona delivering statement victories over two strong Mountain West programs, Washington looking much improved from a season ago and Lincoln Riley’s USC debut taking off with a 52-point win.

Week 2 action is highlighted by David Shaw and Stanford welcoming Riley’s Trojans to The Farm, where USC opened a double-digit road favorite.

The Pac-12 sends a trio of sizeable underdogs into crossover matchups with other Power 5 schools in Week Two.  Cameron Ward and Washington State did not look great against Idaho and head to Madison, Wisc. this week, while Herm Edwards and Arizona State visit Mike Gundy and Oklahoma State and Jedd Fisch hosts Mike Leach in Tucson for an 8 p.m. kickoff.
