Watch: Charles Barkley sticks with the Blazers to win the West on the Dan Patrick Show!

Earlier this season Charles Barkley made headlines with his prediction that the Portland Trail Blazers would upset Golden State and Houston and win the Western Conference Finals.

His opinion then, while note-worthy, was largely dismissed as Chuck being Chuck and simply wanting to play to the television audience as the Blazers were the featured game on TNT.

Fast-forward a month later, and the Trail Blazers are without their star big man Jusuf Nurkic, but have a commanding 2-0 lead in their first-round series with the Oklahoma City Thunder.  And the Chuckster isn’t leaving the Rip City bandwagon any time soon.
