Once again it looks like Las Vegas is underestimating the Portland Trail Blazers, as they have set their win total to 44.5 games next season.

There have been a lot of mixed reviews of the Blazers off season moves this summer. They did lose a lot of key pieces and great locker-room chemistry guys. But on paper, this Blazers team has a lot more potential than the previous teams of the past four seasons.
