Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell tests positive for COVID-19
The spread of COVID-19 continues throughout the NBA, as this morning Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell tested positive for the coronavirus.
Jazz center Rudy Gobert was the first player in the league to test positive for the virus late Wednesday, postponing the tip-off of the Jazz playing the Thunder in Oklahoma City, and subsequently leading to the entire NBA suspending operations indefinitely.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports Jazz players privately say Gobert was still making contact with his teammates and their belongings during the week. Now, a teammate has the virus.

UPDATE: Per reports, Mitchell was the only member of the Jazz players and staff who were tested to contract the virus.
Sources: Donovan Mitchell was the only Jazz player/personnel to test positive for coronavirus out of 58 tests administered on Wednesday night. Remaining tests came back negative.
