Sharpe was an unknown coming into the draft.  He enrolled at Kentucky early, but didn’t play a game for the Wildcats before entering his name into the NBA Draft.  The Blazers were just projected by Caesars in Las Vegas to have the 10th most wins in the Western Conference.
