Trail Blazers 2023-24 Regular Season Schedule Is Out


The Portland Trail Blazers regular season schedule has been announced by the team on Thursday. While there are still a lot of questions about the roster of the team. We now know what the schedule will look like.

Some highlights from the schedule:

  • The Trail Blazers will play four of the first five games of the season on the road as they travel to Philadelphia, Toronto and Detroit
  • The NBA is having it’s first ever in-season tournament this season. The Trail Blazers will face Memphis at home on Nov. 3, at Utah on Nov. 14, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers at Moda Center on Nov. 17 and at Phoenix on Nov. 21 as part of West Group A.
  • The month of December will see several home marquee matchups including the Dallas Mavericks on December 16. The Golden State’s first visit to Moda Center will be on December 17 and the first meeting of Scoot Henderson and Victor Wembanyama in back-to-back games as the Trail Blazers host San Antonio on December 28 and 29.
  • The Trail Blazers will bring in 2024 with a seven-game road trip beginning with a New Year’s Day game at Phoenix.
  • February will feature seven of nine games in the month at home in Portland with all seven games being the longest homestand of the season.
  • The season will end with eight of the final 11 games on the road for Portland, including a season-longest tying seven-game road trip

It’s fun to look at the schedule and see where the Blazers play, but there is always an unknown of how well teams will perform. There is not much expected out of the Blazers this season as the team still looks to trade star, Damian Lillard. Scoot Henderson and Shaedon Sharpe look to have big years for the Blazers as the preseason tips off against the New Zealand Breakers on October 10. Then the regular season tips off on October 25th against the LA Clippers.
