The Portland Timbers earned a well-deserved three points on Saturday night with an exciting 3-2 win over Real Salt Lake. RSL received five cautions on the night, and the first one led to a Dairon Asprilla penalty in the 10th minute:
In the 29th minute, Asprilla was involved again, this time as a passer. He found Yimmi Chara who left footed a shot from outside the box to the top left corner:
The Timbers weren’t done yet, as Felipe Mora got through the box and right footed a shot off a beautiful through ball from Sebastian Blanco:
