Timbers Announce 2021 Schedule

The Portland Timbers have a packed 34-game schedule set for their upcoming Major League Soccer season.
All but two of Portland’s regular season games will be against the Western Conference. The two Eastern Conference teams the Timbers will face are the Philadelphia Union (match in Philly) and Inter Miami CF (match in Portland).
The MLS season begins April 18 for the Timbers on the road against Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Utah, because of the COVID-19-based travel restrictions between the USA and Canada.
Back on March 17, the Oregon Health Authority announced outdoor sporting events will be allowed to have 25 percent capacity, which is obviously good news for the Timbers.
If you’re looking to attend a home game, the Timbers play at Providence Park on Wednesdays (five games), Saturdays (seven games) and Sundays (five games).
We will be broadcast every game on 750-AM, streaming online at 750TheGame.com, the Radio.com App, iHeart Radio App and on your smart speaker.
Also, Portland will have 10 games on a national broadcast — five on FS1, two on ABC, two on ESPN and one on UniMas. Of the 24 local broadcasts, 16 will be on FOX-12 PLUS and eight on ROOT SPORTS.
Portland has already played four of their five preseason matches against MLS teams, including all four at the 2021 Visit Tucson Sun Cup. The Timbers went 2-1-1 in Arizona.
Next, the Timbers face Seattle on March 3o. Finally, Portland will play the 2021 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League matches on April 6 and 13.
The MLS season begins on April 18.
