Steelers-Titans Week 4 Game Postponed; Expected to Play Week 7 Contingent Upon No Positive Tests in Minnesota

The NFL on Wednesday postponed Week 4’s Pittsburgh Steelers-Tennessee Titans game after several COVID-19 tests came back positive for Tennessee earlier this week.

Unfortunately the teams have different bye weeks — Titans in Week 7, Steelers in Week 8 — so the NFL didn’t have the super easy decision to just push the game back a few weeks.

As for the Minnesota Vikings, Tennessee’s opponent from Week 3, they’re expected to re-open their facility on Thursday. The Titans facility remains closed.

According to a statement from the NFL, one additional Titans player and one personnel member tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
