One day after making a trade, Portland is still busy as they have given forward Jake Layman a qualifying offer. That offer makes Layman a restricted free agent this summer.

Layman was a big surprise for the Blazers last year as he had his best year as a pro to date. He averaged 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists off the bench for Portland.
