Beyond The Headlines

Beyond the Headlines is a 30 minute, commercial free program airing on all 7 Portland Alpha Media radio stations.  Hosted and produced by KXL news anchor Brett Reckamp, BTH is a unique behind the scenes look at the week that was.  It delivers long-form interviews and reports on topics and concerns effecting people’s lives throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Beyond the Headlines features KXL reporters and news-makers throughout the region.  It has a loyal following and can be heard live and in podcast form with over 360 episodes as of January 2021.

Beyond the Headlines can be heard on all 7 Portland Alpha Media radio stations.

It airs on 750 The Game every Saturday morning at 6:00 a.m.

Brett is currently Co-Anchor of Portland’s Morning News with Veronica Carter, weekdays from 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
