The Seattle Seahawks will be without wide receiver Josh Gordon for the final two games of the regular season and the playoffs for violations of both the substance abuse and performance-enhancing drug policies:

Gordon has served several other substance abuse-related suspensions over the course of his NFL career and stepped away from the Patriots this summer in order to manage his treatment. Given the suspension and Gordon’s overall history, it wouldn’t be surprising if he never suits up again.
