Sabrina Ionescu to Join Ernie Johnson Wednesday Night on Twitter
Even in the face of COVID-19, TNT’s Ernie Johnson hasn’t stopped delivering great content, and on Wednesday night Sabrina Ionescu will take center stage with EJ.
The former Ducks star and No. 1 pick of the New York Liberty will be the latest guest on the #NBATogether show hosted on the NBA Twitter account by Johnson.

Near the beginning of the United States’ lockdown due to COVID-19 Johnson started showcasing “EJ’s Journalism School” on Twitter. Johnson brought on journalistic guests where he said on Twitter, “the plan is to get some colleagues of mine to do the same… on air folks….. producers/directors….we’ll try to cover a lot of bases as you try to chart your course.” Guests included CBS broadcaster James Brown, ESPN’s NFL Insider Adam Schefter, ESPN College Football’s Maria Taylor and many more to teach his Journalism School.
Later, Johnson added the #NBATogether to his duties through the NBA’s Twitter account. Johnson has interviewed several current and former players, including Portland’s own Damian Lillard.
