The alleged incident took place on June 25th.
PFT says Chung has been a full participant at Patriots training camp and it is unclear if the team was aware of his legal situation.
Chung played at Oregon from ’04-’08 and is one of the greatest Ducks defensive players of all time. He started 51 straight games at Oregon, still the program record for most consecutive starts for a defensive player. He was a two-time First Team All-Pac-10 safety in 2007 and 2008.
Chung was drafted in the second round, pick 34 overall, by the Patriots in the 2009 draft. He has played for New England for each of his ten NFL seasons except from one (2013 – Philly).
