Damian Lillard scored only 14 points on 5-17 shooting. The Blazers gave up 14 offensive rebounds in the 4th quarter. Mo Harkless couldn’t play the second half due to an ankle injury. None of it mattered as the Blazers held on for a big 97-90 win over the Nuggets to even up the series at 1-1.

After giving up 121 points in Game 1, the Blazer defense showed up in a big way tonight allowing only 90 points while Denver shot 35 percent from the field and 23 percent from behind the arc. Also, the Nuggets scored 23 points off 18 Blazer turnovers after Game 1. Tonight it was much different as Portland only had 10 turnovers.
