Pac-12 Loosening Scheduling Restrictions, Will Allow Non-Conference Football Games

The Pac-12 released a statement on Thursday morning saying that their CEO Group has approved the flexibility for Pac-12 universities to schedule non-conference football games, subject to certain parameters.
The Pac-12 has approved the flexibility for P-12 schools to schedule non-conference football game opponents subject to certain parameters. If a P-12 opponent becomes available by the end of day Thurs in any given week, the P12 game must be played in lieu of any non-league game.
