Oregon Softball Pair to Return for Second Senior Years
Oregon Ducks softball got some great news on Thursday when outfielder Haley Cruse and pitcher Samaria Diaz announced they will return next season.
Both players had messages to the Oregon faithful.

When the COVID-19 pandemic caused the cancelation of sports across the country the seniors were just 24 games into their final season at Oregon. The Ducks was 22-2 when the season was cut short.
Cruse led the team in batting average (.457), hits (37), runs (30) and stolen bases (15). Diaz was ridiculous with a team-best 1.00 ERA and she was a perfect 8-0 in 13 appearances.
The “second-year” seniors to-be also put out video messages.
