Oregon Ducks land transfer forward Quincy Guerrier from Syracuse

Oregon Ducks men’s basketball landed a top transfer on Thursday afternoon in forward Quincy Guerrier from Syracuse.

Guerrier averaged 13.7 points and 8.4 rebounds a game last season with ‘Cuse.  He also put up 1.1 blocks and 0.8 rebounds in 32.9 minutes a game.  Guerrier was an All-ACC selection last season as well (3rd Team).

The addition of Guerrier stacks on to what was already an impressive off-season of acquisitions for Dana Altman and the Ducks.  Guard De’Vion Harman (Oklahoma) and JUCO All-American Rivaldo Soares also announced their respective transfers to Eugene prior to Guerrier.
