Ohio State will make its Autzen Stadium visit after their initial matchup in Eugene was canceled in the covid-shortened 2020 season and not officially rescheduled. Oregon beat the Buckeyes in Columbus in September 2021.
Michigan State returns to Autzen Stadium where Oregon defeated the Spartans in September 2014. MSU beat the Ducks in East Lansing in 2015 and lost to Oregon in the 2018 Red Box Bowl, 7-6. The Spartans will be looking for a new head coach in the fallout of Mel Tucker’s firing and ongoing legal procedures.
Illinois makes its second-ever visit to Autzen Stadium after Oregon claimed a 34-31 win in September 1995.
The Ducks have visited Wisconsin twice in 1978 and 2000, both close Badgers victories. The 2024 clash will be the seventh all-time meeting between the two programs, with each side winning three of the previous meetings including two Rose Bowl wins for Oregon.
Oregon’s trip to Michigan will be their first since the epic 2007 upset of the Wolverines in Ann Arbor, led by new offensive coordinator Chip Kelly and quarterback Dennis Dixon. Oregon also lost in Ann Arbor in 1948, 1960, and 1973, and beat Michigan in Eugene in 2003.
Oregon’s visit to Purdue will be the third in program history and fourth overall meeting between the schools. The Ducks lost in West Lafayette, Ind. in 1979 and won in 2008 while narrowly avoiding an upset in a home win in 2009.
The Ducks will face Maryland for the first time in program history, while avoiding USC and re-engaging fellow Pac-12 opponents Washington and UCLA in the Big Ten schedule.
