Week 1 in the NFL is not quite finished, but it’s never too early to look at some of the top fantasy producers from Sunday’s NFL slate. Two NFC West QB’s finished in the top-5 at their position heading into tonight’s MNF double header, even with Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury having zero regard for Fantasy owners at the end of their game against the 49ers.
