NCAA Division II, III Cancel Fall Championships; President Mark Emmert: Players Should be Allowed to Opt Out

The NCAA released a number of links and photos on Twitter announcing that NCAA Division II and III have canceled their fall championships.

Also, NCAA President Mark Emmert had thoughts on opt outs, eligibility, medical expenses and reporting alleged failures.
