Mariners Big Third Inning Catapults Seattle Past Brewers 8-3
A Kyle Seager error put Seattle behind early, but they didn’t take long to jump out to a big lead.
After trailing 1-0 after the first inning, the Mariners scored seven straight, between the third and fifth, to lead 7-1.
Milwaukee scored a couple more, and Seattle snuck in a run in the ninth and won 8-3.
Kyle Seager, J.P. Crawford and Dee Gordon each picked up two hits.
Daniel Vogelbach’s two-run bomb to right keyed the Mariners third inning rally.
