Mahomes Carves Bears Top Ten Defense, Chiefs Breeze Past Bears 26-3

No one expected Chiefs-Bears to be a great game, but luckily it was as fast as it was bad.
Kansas City scored on all three of their first half drives. Two touchdowns and a field goal to lead 17-0 at halftime.
Reigning NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes ran in a touchdown on a 15-play drive that lasted nearly eight minutes, and then he threw for a touchdown on a 13-play drive that took 6:42.
In the second half, the Bears sustained a drive for 15 plays and 7:35, but turned the ball over on downs.
Mitchell Trubisky and Mahomes were both drafted in 2017. The Bears traded up to No. 2 to pick Trubisky, while Kansas City traded up to No. 10 to snag Mahomes. The Chiefs QB hasn’t forgotten.
