A three-pointer with 7 seconds to go lifted North Texas past Oregon State on Monday, 58-55.

Josiah Lake II hit a big three for the Beavers with 35 seconds left that tied the score at 55 before Atin Wright hit the game-winning bucket for the host Mean Green.

Michael Rataj led OSU with 15 points and 7 rebounds and the Beavers held North Texas to 37.5 per cent from the floor.

Oregon State is 4-2 overall and now 0-1 on the road after their first true road game of the season.

The Beavers will return home for their next game on Sat. Nov. 30th against UC Davis at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN+.
