Anfernee Simons figures to play a prominent role on the summer roster, and as of now serves as Damian Lillard’s back up at the point guard position when the regular season comes around.  Simons played in 20 games in his rookie season with the Blazers in 2018-19, averaging 19.1 points per 36 minutes played, including his 37-point outburst in the regular season finale against Sacramento, a win that put the Blazers in the three-seed and a first-round showdown with OKC.

Nassir Little will get his first action as a Blazer after playing one season at North Carolina, where he came off the bench for the Tar Heels and averaged 9.8 points and 4.6 rebounds a game.  Little fell to the Blazers with the No.25 pick in the draft.

Gary Trent, Jr. plays in his second straight summer league for the Blazers after being taken in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft acquired in a draft day trade with Sacramento.  He played in 15 regular season games last year and averaged 13 points per 36 minutes played.  Skal Labissiere will also figure into the summer league rotation as well and could be a relied-upon member of the frontcourt in the upcoming season.
