Former Oregon Ducks 5-star recruit Kel’el Ware is now an Indiana Hoosier.
Ware put his name in the transfer portal last week after finishing his freshman season in Eugene.
Ware played in 35 games as a freshman, including making 4 starts. He finished with per game averages of 6.6 points and 4.1 rebounds, though his production and playing time both waned as the season progressed.
Ware was a McDonald’s All-American coming out of high school and was a top-3 rated center in the country when he signed with Oregon.
BREAKING: Oregon transfer Kel’el Ware, the No. 2 overall prospect in the portal and former McDonald’s All American, will play for the Indiana Hoosiers next season, he tells @247SportsPortal.
