Damian Lillard’s cousin is re-joining the Portland Trail Blazers, this time on a two-way contract.
Keljin Blevins played with the Blazers during the 2019 Summer League after going undrafted. He also spent time with Portland on their training camp roster last season.

His final year in college (2018-19) he averaged 11.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. After his time with the Blazers, Blevins ended up with the Northern Arizona Suns (G-League).
He played in 36 games, averaging 16.1 minutes and 4.3 points per game.
Blazer’s Edge contributor Eric Griffith notes Blevins’ salary will not affect the Blazer’s salary cap situation.
As a two-way player Blevins’ salary of $449,155 won’t count against Portland’s salary cap. The NBA changed the rules re: two-way players this season – they can now stay with the team all season (i.e. no 45 day limit) and appear in up to 50 games. Details:https://t.co/Kmo98vTkSH
