Eddie Robinson Coach Of The Year Finalists Announced. 1 Pac 12 Coach As A Finalist

The Eddie Robinson coach of the year finalists have been announced. There was only 1 Pac 12 coach as a finalist and that was Lincoln Riley of USC. I thought there should be more since for most of the season the Pac 12 had 6 teams in the Top 25. But only 1 made the cut. The finalists are: Sonny Dykes from TCU, Mike Elko from Duke, Willie Fritz from Tulane, Jim Harbaugh from Michigan, Lincoln Riley from USC, Kirby Smart from Georgia, Jon Sumrall from Troy, and Jeff Traylor from UTSA.

At least USC was represented in the finalist and for Oregon who just grabbed the UTSA offensive coordinator to see the UTSA head coach be a finalist has to feel good. Maybe next year Jonathan Smith can get some respect.
