Damian Lillard Day? Portland Mayor Says ‘We’ll Make That Happen’
One day after Damian Lillard set Portland Trail Blazer and personal records in the team’s 129-124 overtime win against Golden State, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler suggested the idea of a “Damian Lillard Day.”
.@dame_lillard deserves his own day after making history. We’ll make that happen. #DamianLillardDay https://t.co/q31VChUfvx

Former Blazer Evan Turner went a step further and suggested the city name a street or a high school after the Portland star point guard.
Dolla with another 60 point effort??

The next game for the Blazers is Thursday night on TNT at the Moda Center against Dallas.
