Dame & CJ Clown Pat Bev, Paul George After Clippers Blow 3-1 Lead to Denver

By: Matthew Zimmer
Remember when Patrick Beverley and the LA Clippers mocked Damian Lillard for missing free throws? Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum remember.
Remember when Beverley and Paul George came at Lillard on Instagram for the Blazer guard’s response to being mocked? Lillard and McCollum remember.
Tuesday night the LA Clippers completed blowing a 3-1 series lead against Denver, and the Blazer backcourt let the Clippers — and specifically Pat Bev and PG-13 — have it.
First up, Beverley…
@patbev21 I guess I should extend this Cancun invite since I haven’t made my arrangements yet 😂😂😂

Then, Lillard was asked what he thought of this Paul George shot.

Dame’s response? “Looked good to me.” Which is a clear call back to when PG said Lillard’s bomb to beat OKC last year was “a bad shot.”
McCollum was in prime petty form on Twitter.
I wonder if they packed before the game

If they fly private they can get into Mexico for sure. Should probably get the big jet.

I am shocked . I thought there was no way they would lose this series. I honestly can’t believe it. I thought they would win before it. Then they got up 3-1 and I thought it was over

CJ also took a shot at the Clippers as a team. LA voted to end the NBA season after the Bucks chose not to play Orlando a few weeks ago.
My last tweet before I finish this glass. They did vote they ain’t wanna play no more. . . But I didn’t think they was gonna go out like that 😂

So even after all that talk from the Clippers, LA joins the Blazers on the couch to watch the end of the NBA playoffs.
