Chet Holmgen Out For Season With Foot Injury

The #2 overall draft pick in the past NBA draft, Chet Holmgren, has been ruled out for the season.  Holmgren was playing in Jamal Crawford’s Pro Am up in Seattle over the weekend, and he went up to contest a LeBron James layup.  He landed awkwardly on his foot and left the game after that.  It has been diagnosed as a Lisfranc injury to his right foot.

Holmgen was a star at Gonzaga a season ago averaging 14.1 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 3.7 blocks per game
