Carlos Dunlap Re-Signs With Seahawks

Less than three weeks ago, the Seattle Seahawks released Carlos Dunlap. Now, he’s back.

The initial release was to save the team $14 million in cap space for the upcoming season. Dunlap’s new contract is a two-year deal worth $16.5 million ($8.5 million guaranteed).

The former 2010 second-round pick proved he can still do it at age 32. He collected five sacks, 16 total tackles and four passes defended in eight games with Seattle last season.

Dunlap is 12th in sacks (87.5) among active players.
