AP Preseason Top-25: Oregon Ducks ranked No. 15 in Country

By 750 The Game Staff
The AP Preseason top-25 is out. The Oregon Ducks check in at No. 15.
The Ducks are one of five teams in this final edition of the Pac-12 Conference to make the preseason AP Poll. USC is No. 6, Washington is No. 10, Utah is No. 14, and Oregon State is No. 18.
UCLA was the lone Pac-12 school receiving votes outside the top-25, with 66, third-most of any vote getting unranked schools.
Last season, Oregon debuted at No. 11 in the AP Preseason poll before dropping out of the rankings entirely following their 49-3 season-opening defeat to reigning national champion Georgia. They were back in at No. 25 by week three, and smashed then-No. 12 BYU 41-20 to climb back to No. 15. That was part of an eight-game win streak for the Ducks that saw them peak at No. 6 in the AP rankings before a crushing home defeat to Washington.
Oregon finished the year 10-3 overall, ranked No. 15 in the final AP Poll.
The Ducks over-under win total for the upcoming season is 9.5 (Over +100, Under -120) per DraftKings.
Oregon opens the season on Sat. Sept. 2nd hosting Portland State before visiting Texas Tech in a crucial non-conference game on Sept. 9th.
