Adley Rutschman To Compete in Home Run Derby

Adley Rutschman is one of the best players in all of baseball. He was selected to the AL All Star team as a reserve this season.
Now he announced he will participate in the Home Run Derby.
The second year backstop is batting .268 with 11 home runs 0n the season. In Rutschman’s first season with the Orioles. He had 13 home runs in 113 games.
Rutschman has been the key contributor to the Baltimore Orioles turnaround. The Orioles competed for the a wild card spot last season and this season the Orioles are in the first wild card spot.
The former Oregon State Beaver will be in the home run derby along with Tampa Bay outfielder, Randy Arozarena, Seattle outfiedler, Julio Rodriguez, Toronto third baseman, Valdimir Guerrero Jr, New York first baseman, Pete Alonso, and LA Dodger 2B/OF, Mookie Betts. The rest of the field will be announced at a later date.
