2 Former Oregon Coaches Fired At Their New Jobs

Former Oregon head coach, Willie Taggart, and former Oregon offensive coordinator, Marcus Arroyo, were fired over the weekend.  Taggart was at Florida Atlantic and was let go after a 5-7 season.  FAU had a chance to be bowl eligible if they were to get a win over Western Kentucky on Saturday, but lost in overtime 32-31.  Taggart went 15-18 in 3 season as Owls head coach which included one bowl appearance.

UNLV has fired Marcus Arroyo after 3 years on the job.  Arroyo was hired as UNLV head coach after he was the offensive coordinator at Oregon.  Arroyo led UNLV to a 5-7 record this season just missing out on a bowl game.  But Arroyo was only 7-23 as the Rebels head coach in his 3 seasons in Vegas.
