Doug Piper breaks down hockey in Portland

The Portland Winter Hawks are into the finals of the WHL and currently hold a 2 games to none lead over Tri-Cities.  Portland was worked its way through the playoffs with relative ease and looks to go back to the Memorial Cup Finals this season.

Winter Hawks President Doug Piper joined Brian this afternoon to discuss the rise of minor league hockey in Portland.
