Brooks comments on induction to Oregon Hall
Rich Brooks started laying the foundation at Oregon that has produced great success today. A Rose Bowl appearance in 1994 came under Brooks’ watch. He spent 18 seasons on the Ducks sideline and took Oregon to four bowl games in his final six years.
