Brooks comments on induction to Oregon Hall

Rich Brooks started laying the foundation at Oregon that has produced great success today. A Rose Bowl appearance in 1994 came under Brooks’ watch. He spent 18 seasons on the Ducks sideline and took Oregon to four bowl games in his final six years. On Wednesday, he will be inducted into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame.
