With the NFL season right around the corner, it’s time for us get to work on our Fantasy Football research.  So of course we brought in an expert to break down the intricacies of building that perfect team.  And by expert, I mean the original draft expert – the one who’s been doing it since the days of CompuServe.  It was a pleasure to welcome back to the MSP from Sensible Draft Discourse, Mr. Bernie “The Wolf” Wolfson.

Bernie insists that Aaron Rogers is going to have another great season.  And he asserts that we should all strongly consider taking a quarterback with our number one pick.  His top five QBs available include: Rodgers, Drew Brees, Tom Brady, Matthew Stafford and Cam Newton.  You may notice that list does not include Peyton Manning.  Apparently Bernie had forgotten all about Mr. Manning.  Take that any way you wish.  But it’s probably not a great sign for Manning and the Broncos if an expert like Bernie is forgetting that he still exists.

Bernie also dove into more personal matters in his interview. He insists that no matter what anyone may say, his mother has never had sex with Mel Kiper and Mike Mayock has never fathered any of her children.  Those are rumors that have been spread by rude ugly people who do not have friendship in their hearts.

Speaking of friendship, Bernie would like to encourage us all to join him in his quest to bring friendship to the world.  By joining team friendship we can all help make the world a better place.  To be a part of team friendship Bernie asks that we “Pay it forward at the gas stations grocery stores…anywhere we can.   Some things we can do to help pay it forward, give a stranger a hand shake or a high five at the gas pump, or roll a little extra toilet paper to a fella in need.
