Phillips gives lawyers perspective on Penn St.

John Phillips, sports attorney and agent joined guest host Bernard Bokenyi on the Bald Face Truth to talk about the NCAA punishments against Penn State. Phillips starts off the segment by talking about the swift action taken by the NCAA against Penn State.

John doesn’t think the NCAA are doing enough to regulate issues with other schools that should have been brought forward and investigated further. John thinks that the punishment against Penn State was necessary yet hard on the students and fans. The NCAA had to take action to show other schools that this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
