Steven Jackson, St Louis Rams running back and former Oregon State Beaver, joined Brian Berger to talk about his life and football.

Brian talks with Steven about his website and twitter, which he uses to interact and show fans more about him. Steven then talks about his love for film and how he did an internship with the NFL about film. He explains how it allowed him to make movies for his website. In addition he also has documentary called “A Week In The Life”. Steven says that he would like to keep doing film after he is done with football.


Brian asks Steven about his football life and how being a running back in the NFL is a short career, but Steven has managed his body well entering his ninth season. Steven talks about how early in his career, he used his raw talent to get him through the season, but as he got older he needed to change some things. Some of the things he started to do was keep his weight down, and he has a rehabilitation room with a hot tub and other items to get his body ready for the next game. Then, Brian asks him about new coach Jeff Fisher and how the team is working with him. He explains how getting him will help the Rams to the next level as he brings his over 20 years of coaching experience to the team that has had a couple of bad years.
