Larry Scott, the Pac-12 Commissioner is changing how the Pac-12 is seen around the country and around the world.  He’s responsible for increasing TV rights and putting together the Pac-12 Network.  People have praised him for the work he is doing, but have you ever wondered how he got there?   Companies, colleges, associations, and networks often have big time jobs that need big time people to fill them.

Jed Hughes of Korn / Ferry, an internationally known company known for placing people in high profile jobs joined Brian Berger today to discuss what players going into the NFL Draft can expect and how Korn / Ferry has placed people like Larry Scott at the Pac-12 and Pete Carroll with the Seattle Seahawks.
